Patch notes for The Division 2 Title Update 3 reveal that nearly every part of the game has been updated in some way. Gear and Weapon talents have all been adjusted, many of which aim to improve some of the lesser used ones to make them more viable. The Dark Zone and Conflict modes have been updated, NPC behaviors have been adjusted, bugs fixed, and Crafting has been made more appealing thanks to a couple of smart changes....
Ubisoft Massive has yet to post the precise timing for this week’s maintenance on The Division, but the studio maintains Thursdays’ fixes will occur at the same time on which the previous repairs have been held on Tuesdays, translating to early morning Pacific Daylight Time. That means fans of what is now the best selling game of March 2016 should expect its servers to go dark around 1:00AM PDT when the next round of scheduled maintenance takes place....
YouTuber King Gothalion spent some time exploring the north-western edges of the map near the Dante’s Run safe-house, and he managed to glitch himself into a new area using the mobile cover skill. Rather than discovering something akin to the Last Stronghold’s underwhelming dead-end tunnel, this north-western dock area is essentially-completed, and completely available for exploration. More intriguingly, this newly discovered dock area contains a massive battleship in the background....
Ubisoft’s reasons for delaying the final two pieces of DLC for The Division and focusing on 1.4 were myriad.
